New in-house capacity strengthens supply for industrial, OEM, and export markets.
AVM Appliances has commissioned a new production line at its Mumbai facility, adding significant in-house capacity across its air circulator and exhaust fan ranges. The expansion is a direct response to sustained demand from industrial, OEM, and export customers.
The new line brings additional assembly and testing stations online, allowing AVM to shorten lead times on bulk orders while holding the same quality standards the company has maintained since 1992. Every unit continues to pass through in-house performance verification before dispatch.
"Capacity is only useful if quality holds," a company spokesperson said. "This expansion was designed around our existing quality systems, not alongside them. Customers should see faster turnaround with no change in what arrives on their floor."
The investment also creates additional shop-floor roles at the facility. AVM continues to manufacture in-house rather than outsourcing assembly, a decision the company credits for its consistency across three decades of supply.
